STAY AWAY! Horrible service. Offered us a payment of $368 4.9 interest, signed on our part. When it came time to finalize paperwork, terms read $504 monthly payment and 8.8 interest! We asked about the paper we signed and it was "lost." Thankfully we made a last minute inspection of the car, because we found of all things MOLD in it. Managers we terrible, finance guys were rude. Trying to switch up the deals on us, READ YOUR PAPERWORK!! Stay away. Oh I forgot to mention, we got this treatment and we had two cars in the mix. More

This dealer is awful!! The sales person Alex was great, but finance people are awful. When we tried to qualify for car finance, they were going to submit papers to bank. Well, they said takes 1-2 ok, The but finance people are awful. When we tried to qualify for car finance, they were going to submit papers to bank. Well, they said takes 1-2 ok, The next day I tried calling finance to get feed back mailbox full never could speak to him. I showed up, says still waiting for bank, FINE. Day 2 came AGAIN, can't get any info on what is going on. We got so fed up with the BS, they could have just said to us off the bat "Can't help you guys"! We went to big dealership in Miami, and we were there for a few hours and they helped us till the end. We drove off with our new car with better options! This dealer don't have the sense of customer service !! More

My initial contact with the dealership was through cars.com. I got a speedy response the next day and made an appointment with the salesperson. Mr. Davis was patient, attentive and friendly. It has been many years, since I have encountered such a good service advisor as Ozzy Dominguez. I usually avoid going back to the dealer for service because it has not been a good experiences for me, but h good service advisor as Ozzy Dominguez. I usually avoid going back to the dealer for service because it has not been a good experiences for me, but here at Esserman Nissan I am more than happy with the service I have received. My car's AC broke and it took a few days to get the part. Ozzy Dominguez kept in touch with me letting me know what was happening at all times. He also made sure I had a loaner car,so that I could still get around. Even when I go in for my regular scheduled service he is pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is perfect with my car. This young man is very professional and a hard worker. We traded in our 2008 Nissan Xterra in for a New leftover 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. This was without a doubt the best experience we ever had at a dealership. There are no surprises or games. I can't believe how easy he made it, we were in and out with our new car. Now, on to our salesmen Bruce........ Amazing . Bruce is very laid back, not pushy at all, just wants you to be happy with your purchase. He will answer any questions you have, no matter how long it takes. He is super friendly and helpful.
