I would be remissed if I did not take the time to tell of my experience at Esserman Nissan. Towards the end of 2011 I made a decision to purchase a car. And from the beginning I began to stress. A friend of mine recommended Esserman Nissan and said " I know 2 guys who will take care of you". On January 30,2012 I had the opportunity to meet with Bruce Brady and Wilbert Rejoice who both greeted me with smiles and made me feel at ease. Bruce and I walked the entire lot to find a car.(This displays dedication and commitent). During the visit I also met Mitra Ranpersal who would seal the deal and he too was pleasant, optimistic and informative. Not only did Mitra work to get me approved he also provided me with valuable information to help improve my credit. As I, reflect I definitely put more stress on myself because my experience was stress free. I had a fairly new vehicle (2008 Mitsubishi Galant) but extremely high payments. For the car to be a newer vehicle, it had no upgraded features. I must say that from the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Alexis sat down with me and asked what I wanted. I told him but I laughed because I felt like I was being unrealistic. Well, Alexis helped me to get the vehicle I wanted with lower payments and everything I said I wanted in the car. I couldnt believe it! I have never felt so happy leaving a dealership!!
