Purchased a 2012 GT-R from Chris over the phone. Took a flight from Atlanta to Miami on a Sunday morning and Mike from Essernman picked us up at the airport. He is courteous, friendly and does whatever it takes to make your shopping experience a positive one. Nothing like other salespersons I've dealt with in the past. Due to hardship, my credit is not what it once was, therfore, Mike introduced me to Mitra in financing. Mike told me that Mitra would do whatever he could to get me the deal I needed and could afford. Mitra was a wizard when it came to finances. He took his time, explained everything to me and made what would of been a very embaressing ordeal anywhere else, a wonderful experiance. I was greeted by Michael Robinson, who made me feel at ease with my experience almost immediately. I was in a state of shock dealing with an emergency situation with my previous car and I was very much in need of a car immediately; however, I did not want to make a hasty purchase. We tried the Juke, which was comparable to what I used to drive, but I wasn't 100% sure if this was going to be my next purchase. Mike showed me the Rogue, which I also test drove and it felt "like a perfect fit". Mike was very knowledgeable about all of the cars he showed me. He covered all details and showed me the engine components as well. I finally found a beautiful black Rogue with the right features and the right price. All of this happen late in the evening, and my salesman was a "trooper". He was fabulous...he set up my financing paperwork and had my car prepped so I could take it home as soon as possible. The next day he took the extra time to set up my bluetooth, which I'm in love with, and he reviewed some very important details with me again.
