My wife and I decided to trade-in our 2006 Nissan Pathfinder for the 2011 Pathfinder. Our previous visits (2005 Nissan Sentra, 2006 Pathfinder) we have always been treated with respect an courtesy. Bruce always greets us with an amazing smile and presents a calm and pleasing sense of humor. Mr. Ulysses assures we get the most vehicle for our money and Wilbert in the finance department makes financing a breeze and is very knowledgeable about which financing fits our individual financial situation. We were in and out in no time. We even had a brief conversation with the general manager who introduced himself as Chris, as though we were family. That was comforting. We plan to return to Esserman Nissan in August 2011 to purchase our daughter her first vehicle. More

Bianca went back and forth with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my sale. Even after I left the dealership at first because I was not happy with the sales manager offer, she kept in touch with was satisfied with my sale. Even after I left the dealership at first because I was not happy with the sales manager offer, she kept in touch with me knowing that I was serious about buying the 2011 Rougue. Other salesperson would have been happy to be rid of me but I know that Biance felt that I was a serious and qualified buyer but I would not settle for anything less then a GREAT DEAL. After going to another dealership and then contacting her by phone always letting her know that I do have other options, she asked me to please return to her to see if she can make a deal with me. She got the General Manager involved and manage to seal the deal with me. I was always upfront with her that although I was a tough customer who only wanted to get the Best Deal possible, I was also someone who was Financially qualified to buy the car.
