Not the case here. To my surprise, everyone was very professional, respectful, and straightforward. The OTD price I paid was exactly what was quoted over the phone. No surprises and no hidden fees when I got there. Even the feared “F&I room” was not what I expected; the finance officer Mitra Rampersad simply walked me through the paperwork without pushing me to buy all those optional products I didn't really want. If you want to purchase a car from the comfort of your couch I recommend you to contact the internet coordinator Angela Agudelo or if you go the traditional way, do ask for Bianca Duhaney when you get there, she is a very serious and pleasant sales consultant. I was really amazed of how good and comfortable I felt when I visited Esserman Nissan bought and leased several cars in a period of around 12 years. I was really amazed of how good and comfortable I felt when I visited Esserman Nissan last Saturday. From the very beginning my salesperson (Agustin Davis) was the best, with no pressure and full of honesty and willingness he did the demo of the cars my wife and I were interested in. Our credit is less than perfect and we let him know that in advance. Usually I had seen other salesmen losing interest in you immediately after you tell them about problems in your credit. On the contrary, Agustin dedicated even more of his time to us to explain all the options and did not lose focus or energy in his efforts to understand what car we wanted and what were our car needs...all without even asking for our Social Security Number and without any pressure to go and run our credit. Agustin really performed like a professional trying to fulfill our needs first without even worrying about anything else. Of course we wanted the car so we started working with the finance staff and they were equally professionals. Mr. Simon Robles (Finance Director) spoke to us and explained to us the options based on our credit. He focused on us and instead of pushing us to sign and leave, he wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with the monthly payment we classified. He explained to us where that payment was coming from and helped us in every possible way he could. Both, Agustin Davis and Simon Robles provided outstanding service and attention. Since I love Nissan cars (I have two now and had a Murano 3 years ago) I can honestly say that after finding a car dealer like Esserman Nissan and staff like Agustin and Simon, it will be really difficult for me to go somewhere else ever. We visited the Esserman Service Department for the first time in April 2010 and Tamika was there to greet us with a smile and checked us ri Service. This past Saturday, September 18th we were back for another oil change. We had only been there once before but Tamika remembered exactly who we were which was so impressive. Once again she provided us with friendly customer service.
