We worked with Aliek Velez most of the day. Originally we visited for an oil change but decided to consider trading our vehicle for a new model. We had a little trouble at first finding the right vehicle within our budget... we wanted much more than what we could afford... but Aliek did not give up on us and in the end, we ended up with exactly what we wanted at a price we were willing to live with. Aliek stuck with us the whole day answering our questions and working with his Manger to help us "make a deal" and walk away happy. He had a great attitude and a great personality. We really enjoyed working with him. He did not make us feel like he was desperate to make a sale. He made us feel like he genuinely cared about us and wanted to see us pull out of the lot in something that was going to make us happy. Mike Robinson stepped in toward the end of our negotiations to assist in explaining in more detail exactly how the Manager comes up with the number. This helped us to really understand where they were coming from. It was Mike that finally was able to help us come to that final number that we felt comfortable saying yes to. Lastly, it was Freddy in finance that closed out our acquisition. He was terrific. He had a great personality and made us feel great out our purchase. My husband and I were with our 10 month old daughter and all three men, Aliek, Mike and especially Freddy were wonderful with her which we really appreciated. The overall experience was very pleasant. We love Nissan's. We now have two 2010 Nissan's both with 39 month leases. We will be back for all of our service needs... but when it's time to trade in, it will be with Esserman! More

As usual, a great experience!!! I took my car in for an alignment and waited for it. My appointment was for 9 am and they took my car in as soon as I got there.
