I went to the dealer to get a sunroof service, The man from service just told me that the recommendations for my car are more expensive than my car value so he just prefer not to give me any recommendatio from service just told me that the recommendations for my car are more expensive than my car value so he just prefer not to give me any recommendations. At the parts, I went to buy a new battery for my car key alarm and the guy sold me the battery but nobody help me to put it on so I change it by myself and it didn't work, he told me "oh I don't think that a new battery it's the solution" and he leave and told me "have a nice day". These guys are so awesome. Any liitle thing that came up with my car they took care of it for me, and if they couldnt do it then, they did it ASAP. All off above were friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. They clearly wanted to find out what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell. A most refreshing experience. I felt like a member of the fa courteous. They clearly wanted to find out what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell. A most refreshing experience. I felt like a member of the family when I left with my new car. I originally went just shopping but was so impressed not only with the car but with the lack of pressure that I found it easy to make a sound decision based on my needs without feeling pressured into something I didn't later regret. All in all a most enjoyable experience. Not like many I have had in the past. Kudos to all three - Brani,my sales rep, Glen the sales manager and Bitra the finance office (who I think I'll adopt as a nephew). More
