I have to tell you about my recent new car leasing experience. As a single female who is used to being beat up on by car salesmen (and in fact have been for the last few months as I have been shopping experience. My salesman Martin Centeno, and everyone else I dealt with from the Sales Manager Glenn, to the car technician Tony who explained every little detail of my new car, to the Finance Manager Maria,could not have been nicer and more accomodating. In fact, the whole process was easy from beginning to end. I left the dealership with my beautiful new Jetta, not feeling like I'd just been "taken for a ride", but happy and satisfied.
