Since arrival I was met with a lot of courtesy and freindliness. During the whole process, they were very helpful. And while negociating my trade-in, they were very respectful and fair. Then change the person that was going to attend me, which proceded outside with some other client. I just need it a price?!! In frustratation, walked out to the building next door (VW, same dealer), and was met by Mr Ramon Fernandez; the whole experience changed to the point of ending buying a VW SUV!! I am a costumer at Esserman Nissan Over 10 years. I have purchased 1 Quest and two Muranos. The Service is always so great that I don’ mind to travel from Marathon 150 some miles to receive this really pers purchased 1 Quest and two Muranos. It probably sound crazy to someone, but it realy worth it to me. Last week one of my Muranos warranty expired, but before that happened my service advisor Francisco told me that my stabilizer arms are worn out and I have only a few days left from my warranty. Parts cost would have been $600.00 I don’t know how mush for labor. It did not cost me a dime. They are really looking out for the costumers. So I decided to buy a new car with fresh warranty. The Nissan salesman Pepe Gil took me over to the Volkswagen side and I really got a terrific deal. With the Help of Mitra I had a new dream car with 7year warranty, for thousands of dollars less then their competition offered. Thank you Esserman. Thank you Pepe. Thank you Mitra Stephan C.
