TONY UNDERSTOOD WHAT WE WANTED. HE WAS VERY FREINDLY & PROFESSIONAL IN HIS APPROACH. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED & WE FELT THAT WE GOT A GOOD DEAL. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS IN FINANCI PROFESSIONAL IN HIS APPROACH. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED & WE FELT THAT WE GOT A GOOD DEAL. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS IN FINANCING -- WE WAITED FOR A LONG TIME FOR THE FINANCE PERSON TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THEN WE FELT RUSHED THROUGH THE SIGNING PROCESS & SLIGHTLY PRESSURED TO JUST SIGN THE DOCUMENTS. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THAT THE CONTRACT WAS THE VERY LAST DOCUMENT GIVEN TO ME. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE RECEIVED IT UPFRONT, BEFORE ANY OTHER DOCUMENT & TO HAVE BEEN GIVEN ADEQUATE TIME TO REVIEW IT. AS A RESULT I DID NOT REALIZE TILL AFTER I SIGNED THAT THERE WAS A TURN IN FEE OF $350 (WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED AT ANY TIME DURING NEGOTIATIONS OR FINANCING). HOWEVER, THE SALES MANAGER DID AGREE TO PROVIDE FREE WINDOW TINTS TO PARTIALLY OFFSET THE FEE. More
