I felt Jason was friendly, informative, and honest. I felt the first offer I received on both vehicles was good based on the hours of online research I did before contacting this dealership. I live in Pittsburgh and I dislike every toyota dealership in my area. I have worked with three of them and they are either rude, dishonest, or both. Bill did not push but assisted me at my pace. I omitted to get my wife's signature on the title to my trade-in, which meant I then could not transfer my old plates.
