Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.
In addition to the sale of new and outstanding Toyota vehicles, Panama City Toyota also offers high quality pre-owned vehicles. These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Virtually all brands can beserviced inside our award winning service department. An outstanding parts and accessories departments also strives to meet your various needs.

He was very pleasant and respectful when communicating…..truly 5 star treatment. I drive more than 2hrs. for my car maintenance service. I’ve been doing so for almost two years. I was recently informed Mr. Matt R. had been promoted to a new position..I’ve been with PC Toyota since 2018 mainly due to the professionalism of Mr. Matt R. and the workmanship of Toyota.
