Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.
In addition to the sale of new and outstanding Toyota vehicles, Panama City Toyota also offers high quality pre-owned vehicles. These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Just Bad - Better to Find Another Toyota Dealership Called to check on a vehicle that was advertised - Amber was more than happy to take the call and said they would love to show it to me. Showed up on Called to check on a vehicle that was advertised - Amber was more than happy to take the call and said they would love to show it to me. Showed up only to find that Amber works in their call center and that the vehicle that I drove 30-min to see was in service and wouldn't be available for another 5-days. To add insult to injury the idiot salesman that we got was incredibly rude to boot. This was our first and last time to ever stop by this dealership. The experience was just bad. Toyota should be more selective on who they let have dealerships. Never again. More

Out of town brake troubles On vacation from TN and our rear brakes went metal to metal about 10 miles away from our destination. Luckily, there was a Toyota dealership in Panama On vacation from TN and our rear brakes went metal to metal about 10 miles away from our destination. Luckily, there was a Toyota dealership in Panama City. Even luckier, when I scheduled my appointment on Monday morning, I got one of the greatest service advisors in the business. They are re doing their store. Nothing is in place there now, but this guys attitude and professionalism was well intact. As soon as I met him, I knew I had made the right decision on taking it to this dealership. If the rest of the staff are anything like Brian Guthrie, they are a very lucky dealership. He made calls to check in and make sure of what needed done, Gabe me the assessment from the technician hen called when it was ready. Kept my cost down and didn’t try to run up the bill whatsoever. Great job to the dealership and the managers there that have such a great team. More
