Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.
In addition to the sale of new and outstanding Toyota vehicles, Panama City Toyota also offers high quality pre-owned vehicles. These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Virtually all brands can beserviced inside our award winning service department. An outstanding parts and accessories departments also strives to meet your various needs.

Jacob (finance) and Juan (sales person on day of pick up) helped with the literally 12 minute delivery of the signed documents and check, and vehicle pickup. Everyone was honest, friendly and wanting to make sure you, the customer, was well tended! This is THE best car buying experience I have EVER had! The negotiations were done over the phone with John as we lived in South Florida. Panama City Toyota had a sweet deal on a very slightly 'used' 2017 Toyota Prius 3. My husband was very specific on model and color (white exterior). It was a long ride from Fort Lauderdale for the pick up but all went seamlessly and my husband loves his new 'used' car!
