Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Good Customer Service at Parts and Service Departments I have had nothing but good experiences with the parts and service departments at this dealership. Service department has a comfortable lounge area w I have had nothing but good experiences with the parts and service departments at this dealership. Service department has a comfortable lounge area where you can wait while vehicle is being services. The service advisor gives you timely updates on progress on your car via a large TV screen and in person. The parts department typically turns around and delivers your part via overnight delivery if not in stock. Can't speak for the used or new car sales departments. More

I was told it would be a three hour wait and suggested I come back on "ladies day" the next day. I therefore could not drive my car that evening.
