Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

I used the AAA new car buying service and Panama City Toyota accepted the AAA price for the 2012 Camry. It was a very good price. Will Conner was the salesman and he was very helpful. We visited the dealership while on vacation at Panama City Beach. Before we could decide to purchase or not, the Sienna van was sold. John gave us several options to choose from, all with great prices compared to our local dealers here in North Alabama. John knew we would not be able to return to Florida to pick up my beautiful Blizzard Pearl 2013 Sienna van, so he arranged for it to be delivered to our doorstep here in Scottsboro, AL.
