Had an appointment for 11 am, brought truck in an hour to an hour and a half early. When appointment was made it was made clear we needed the vehicle back by 2. Brought my vehicle for routine maintenance and was told I needed some extra things replaced. I agreed to them because they were covered under warranty but then was told I did not have the extended warranty. needed some extra things replaced. Then had to take time off work to bring the vehicle back in to fix the issue with getting a refund. It was just a hassle and headache especially when I was told I was wrong, when I actually had the warranty. Would not recommend the service department. And the service light was never turned off.
