I have always been very happy with PC Toyota. That said, the last visit was terrible...aggravating... way below what I've come to expect. Made an online appt. to have rear brakes done and 90k oil change... tire rotation, etc. 5 and a half hours later it was finished. Doesn't sound so bad? They never did the brakes!!! 5.5 hrs for an oil change! Greasy finger prints all over my white car. I called 3 times to speak with a manager before writing this review, no answer. No response. Very disappointing. I seriously considered taking my business elsewhere over this, but we have been doing business there for 15-20 years and this is the first time I have been thoroughly annoyed. I know you can do better, and I expect better. More
