Waited in my car 20 min before I had to get out of my car and attempt to find an advisor to assist me, my appointment was spent more time waiting for customer service than when my car was being serviced. I would go to a different Toyota dealership is they weren’t so far away. When I finally got a service advisor to help me, he was was quick but didn’t ask me any questions or any other concerns about my vehicle, I felt very unimportant as a Toyota customer even though I bought a car from this dealership. Toyota is the best car brand by far. I got a Corolla which I am very pleased with. I feel I could have gotten a much better deal by shopping multiple dealers before making my purchase. Very slow on the check in process. Arrived 30 minutes before appointment time (12:00) and it took almost 40 minutes before someone came and checked in our vehicle.
