Alex was great 10/10, excellent customer service and consistently the same attitude and mindset with every interaction. No issues with the service rep. PC Toyota Service has gotten worse every year s consistently the same attitude and mindset with every interaction. No issues with the service rep. PC Toyota Service has gotten worse every year since 2010. Often when you arrive, the first question is “do you have an appointment?” - the guys are looking to turn you away! I suggest everyone buy a Toyota due to reputation but I then follow it up with, don’t expect Panama City Toyota to do what’s right if you buy it from them. They could care less about repeat customers, especially since the hurricane. Heck, I’ve had PC Toyota try and tell me they couldn’t help me with a nail in the tire issue when I had an “unlimited mileage warranty + tire coverage”. Too busy to help Loyal customers. PC Toyota taught me to not accept the first answer and just tell the rep “no, I want this.” Never thought I’d be mentally preparing myself to combat an oil change. More
