Horrible there was not one thing I was told that was credible.called from a 45 minute tow told 2 vehicles available to rent was there in 45 mins Alex says nope I tell him I called he says fine. I go back to rental counter wait 10 mins , she was eating in the back I'm ok with that. She recognizes my name says sorry I can't give it to you I promised someone else two months ago. Two months ago that they could have it in two days I say well I only need it for one go ask Alex. She comes back tells me Alex can't promise got parts and all for the recall. So then I go to Alex tell him to forget the recall just fix my tire and look at the spare I'll bring it back. He says it'll be tomorrow before it's ready. I say okand get me an Uber. I get in the Uber this guy, nice guy calls and said you need a tire I can't save the flat it's 400 I'm like ok sounds good what about the spare haha 32t for a sensor I say no thank you he says good. Nicest guy professional then he tells me if you give me an hour and a half I'll get the tire changed and th. Thanks Alex it's ok cause I found a ride back and this is where it gets even better! I get back walk in and there is Alex ! I'm like great ! Hold together be polite and get your car and go. This guy has been twirling you all day cause he is ored? Doesn't like me? I don't f know but I just want to get my car. I get my bill have credit card in hand , just get it done get past f tard and you get your truck back. So he hands me my key and it was like in slow motion if I was going to get it. I ask hime where. He points out to the parking lot. Its out front. Loooooooong mf story short I walk all the way out front ......nothing then I walk aaaaaaaalllll the way to the other side where the service center was I thought I was going crazy. It is a trendous space but you can see every nook and cranny of the parking lot. I thought I was going crazy so I hit my emergency button, this is after a good ten minutes walk. It blasted and I STILL couldn't find it. Then I realized it was coming from a large van on the far corner of the lot there hidden far back in the parking spot was my vehicle. I think I have been thoughoughly trolled and really only really got pod when I left yelling fu with my finger out the window. The amount of either incredible majestic delivery of the most horrible service possible or you all are the most fantastic set of idiots I've ever met. Everywhere you go there are employees looking at you like you don't know what you are doing. I walk into the service center and stand .....for a looong time total silence no sign nothing. Mental midgets? Me? Probably me. My wife never has an issue but she comes by appt I guess. It was a horrible experience for me. More
I like Toyota vehicles, and always have, I do have one concern with the carpet and upholstery in my RAV 4, it’s not the best. Also the wheel rims that are black are now worn and a bit of rust.
