Panama City Toyota - Service Center

Not happy after my last service. First, I was sold a package for electronic parts on my vehicle when I bought it and was told it would cover anything electric on the vehicle. The fir First, I was sold a package for electronic parts on my vehicle when I bought it and was told it would cover anything electric on the vehicle. The first electric part that goes out and it is not covered. The door lock actuator went out and I was told it should be covered by my warranty but of course it was not. Then I had a tire issue which I told them prior and they said nothing was wrong. Well it kept happening, so I had them look at it again. They end up replacing my whole tire for free because they messed something up on it, which was great, but never told me what happened and did not make me aware of this until I picked it up. I would have paid for a second tire as the other one has 50,000 miles on it, so I would like them to wear the same. Not sure why they would not take the time to make me aware of this incident. Anyway, very frustrated with them and will likely not buy another vehicle here. More

Overall a very good experience for as busy as they are. The waiting room and breakfast bar is a great touch. I had an appointment at 10 and went in to see my advisor, who asked what I was having done. I th The waiting room and breakfast bar is a great touch. Later he came looking for me because they said the keys were not in the car, which they were. I made sure they were anyway but he came a second time and said they weren’t. I found someone outside and showed him where the keys were-in plain sight on the console. Inside there is a tv screen with customer names and advisors. My name wasn’t listed. After 2 hours I went to inquire on the status of my vehicle and asked a different technician because mine wasn’t there. I was having recall work done and he said that could take from 2 to 4 hours, without looking to see what my recall was for. I waited until my technician came back and to his credit he went back and said it would be about another 20 minutes, which it was. I waited a total of 3 hours. It would have been nice to know that before so I could arrange for transportation. About an hour after I left I get a phone call at home from someone telling me my car is ready? I said thank you. Obviously this dealership has some administrative issues to work out. More
