Panama City Toyota - Service Center

As far as I could remember, this Guy called my name which I repeated back, gave me a wrong car key and charged me for payment. went to my car & wasn’t opening - realised it’s not my key. Returned to get my real key back, told them what happened. No one seems apologetic and giving me that sarcastic “i dont care i just wanna go home look” from everyone. They said they will refund my money which they should. I went to Panama from Tallahassee coz I bought my car in Panama thinking I will get the best treatment since I buy it fr them. I honestly think I wasted my time, gas, and effort going there. More
