Also found a nail in my tire and repaired it....and it didn't cost a penny after they used the Happy Birthday $25 gift certificate they emailed me. The service advisor gives you timely updates on progress on your car via a large TV screen and in person. The parts department typically turns around and delivers your part via overnight delivery if not in stock. Can't speak for the used or new car sales departments. More
