I think Toyota is a good business, I don't mind going there. Last week when I was there I had to sit in the car for a lengthy time because of business and it was a cold day but that was okay. The process for making an appointment for an oil change was very easy. Unfortunately they took people in on a first come, first served basis. Making an appointment made no difference.
