Everyone is polite but not always very helpful or knowledgeable about some issues that have occurred with my 2022 vehicle. When it was complete they said they didn't find a screw. Went to get into my vehicle and there was the screw...in my tire. Unscrewed it myself and, as it was a very little screw, just left. Sometimes wonder if they are actually doing anything to my vehicle. More
