I had to come to the dealership 3 times in 7 days. An hour drive each way. I spent a good part of the day on 2 occasions. The showroom and bathroom were clean. Everyone was friendly. I didn’t have an appointment and I just drove in to the dealership maintenance department with a check instrument light on. I was approached by s service member within 2 minutes. He checked the code, repl dealership maintenance department with a check instrument light on. I was approached by s service member within 2 minutes. He checked the code, replaced the fuel cap and fixed my issue all within 10 minutes. Problem solved. Even gave me a 10% discount because I was retired military. What service! Great Job! More

Service times are a bit too long in my opinion. I had a 10k mile service done and a tint strip installed. Somehow that took them nearly 3 hours. I watched many people come in and sit down for 20 mi I had a 10k mile service done and a tint strip installed. Somehow that took them nearly 3 hours. I watched many people come in and sit down for 20 minutes and be called that the service was done so I assume that my service was completed in about 30 minutes but then my car sat for 2 hours before the parts department completed the 10 minute installation that was also poorly done. The strip is already peeling up on the passenger side, and the tech left my inside windshield with water drip marks and greasy rag streaks across the whole thing. More
