Great Service--Went out of their way to help I am from our of state. I didnt buy a vehicle here but I did get service here. My truck was towed to this dealership with an unknown problem after 7PM I am from our of state. I didnt buy a vehicle here but I did get service here. I called the dealership and Gus answered the phone in sales because service and the rental desk were both closed. I told him my plight and that my truck was coming. He told me that they were closed, but then said to hold on and he would see what he could do. Even though it was past Katy's hours at the rental, she got all the paperwork ready for me so I could leave quickly after I arrived. Gus was waiting for me and was extremely helpful. I got my truck fixed the next day, and Kevin in service was also very helpful, explaining the problem and fitting me in to get it fixed so that I could be on my way the next day. Everyone at this dealership went out of my way to assist in any way that they could, and were very kind. If I lived in the area I would buy here, as the staff has demonstrated that they care about their customers, and even people off of the street that are not buying a vehicle from them. I took my 2004 Ford Excursion to this dealership and explained my problem. My driver side mirror was hit hard by an oncoming truck approximately 2 weeks ago, which in turned affected my signals and brak explained my problem. Mr. Port showed concern because he knew that driving this vehicle in this condition was very dangerous. I had cautiously drove my truck from Philadelphia and had brought it to this dealership on my lunch. Mr. Port was prompt, courteously, diagnosed the problem and had me on my way in less than one hour. This dealership/auto body shop is awesome. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any kind of service on their vehicle. More

Took car in for state safety and emission testing. Put in air filter $31. State inspection $22. Emissions $48. Oil Change $37. Wiper blades $25. Wiper blades were 20 weeks old. These guys are rip-off artists. If you bring your car here for inspection, they WILL find something wrong with it and fail you if you don't do the work. I sat in their waiting room and listened as time a here for inspection, they WILL find something wrong with it and fail you if you don't do the work. I sat in their waiting room and listened as time after time a services guy would come out to an unsuspecting customer and explain some B.S. reason why their car wouldn't pass inspection, such as slight play in a ball joint, or wiper blades, or some wear on a motor mount. They also continually scare people into doing unneccessary work by saying stuff like your coolant is very dirty (flush is $115), or the steering fluid should be replaced ($85). And, if you're a guy who actually understands cars and doesn't buy into their bull, they're incredibly rude. More

Although another Ford dealer is closer to my home, I go out of my way to go to Mathews Paoli Ford. Everyone I have ever worked with has been friendly courteous, and honest. This time I needed a Passenger out of my way to go to Mathews Paoli Ford. Everyone I have ever worked with has been friendly courteous, and honest. This time I needed a Passenger side visor with lighted mirror which they ordered and procured in 2 days. When it came in, I asked if I needed an appointment to have it installed. They said to come on in and they would do it in 30 minutes. They did and charged me $15 for the install. The other closer Ford dealer one time charged me for brakes that they did not install. They thought I was too stupid to know and check, and ever time I went in they had some phantom leak that needed to be fixed. Again they thought I was too stupid to know. Totally commission based is my guess. M-P Ford rocks!! More
