He had a great sense of humor that made us feel comfortable from the start. He genuinely wanted to make sure that any questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. Also, Mark MacDonald made sure all financing was properly in order. Everyone from the receptionist to the other sales people were friendly and helpful. I was over two hours away so she provided all the information I needed , via email text or phone call. Ryan was also great and explained everything to me. Pretty much the only thing left to do when I arrived was sign the paperwork. It couldn’t have been easier and the dealership is a must see. It’s like a little mini mall with a diner snack stand, older cars , etc... I would definitely recommend Papas To anyone I know. More

While being used to a 4 hour process at other dealerships, we were in and out from sales paperwork to finance paperwork in less than 45 minutes. Mark in Finance was organized and kept the signing process down to a minimum, all while keeping us chuckling. Will definitely buy from Papa’s Dodge again! More
