Amazing Experience Hi There - My husband purchased a 2014 Certified Jeep Grand Cherokee on Saturday and I wanted to reach out and let you know how extremely satisfied we Hi There - My husband purchased a 2014 Certified Jeep Grand Cherokee on Saturday and I wanted to reach out and let you know how extremely satisfied we were with the entire process. My father has been a longtime customer of Papa's. My husband's car finally died after hitting close to 200K miles. The first thing my Dad said was "Go see my girl Zaneta!". We first saw her on Saturday, 8/5. We test drove SEVERAL Jeeps and one Dodge SUV over the next few days. The Jeep was ended up purchasing was something we thought we wouldn't be able to buy. My husband has prided himself in never having a car payment. He didn't want to go from $0 per month to the $4-$500 per month range. Zaneta worked hard with management to offer us a price that was right where we wanted to be. Zaneta was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and we never felt pressured at all. We also worked with John Ward. When we took the final test drive in the Jeep, Zaneta had to leave early, so John took her place, and again, it was a wonderful experience. We were debating between 2 Jeeps at that point, and his input helped us make our final decision. When it came time for the finance part of the deal, Ryan was amazing. Everything was explained in detail, the financing that was arranged for him was extremely fair, and the payments are now exactly what we had budgeted for. Aside from a hot rod he owned as a teenager, my husband says this is the best car he has ever had. We are owed some touch up paint, which Zaneta has already ordered for us. Thank you again! As the daughter of a successful business owner, I know how important it is to have top notch employees. Papa's is an amazing company, and we are proud to now be members of the Papa's Family! More
