Oil change was waste of time Was emailed by dealership that I was due for a service. Made an appointment through the website for the service due. Received email a couple days before appointment as a reminder. Received a reminder phone call day before the appointment and re confirmed said appointment. When I arrived at the dealer I wad told they don't honor appointments for oil changes and it would be first come first serve with an hour wait. Thanks for wasting my time.
