As you can imagine, I was not excited about having to buy a new car and begin having a monthly payment again. I shopped around, realizing that buying new was not an option, so certified used would be my next best bet. Papa's is on one of my commuting routes, so I stopped in. I was immediately interested in the Cherokee, remembering the name from a jeep of my childhood days. The test ride went great, the vehicle was solid, and with relatively high mileage, I was concerned. My research uncovered a few glitches with the vehicle, and some reviews that were less than favorable. However, my feelings, experience, and thorough review of the service history increased my confidence in the car. What put me over the edge, however, was the staff and atmosphere of the dealership. The business manager, service department, and sales people all seem to have one mission: to get a customer and KEEP a customer. The culture here seems well-established and certainly runs deep. Every individual I have encountered has been professional, direct, and most of all patient. I feel confident that any issues I have will be addressed in an efficient and honest way. He sat down with me at the computer and we ordered one to exactly how I wanted it. We then talked price and he made it all happen. He told me it would take 6-8 weeks. He called me several times to let me know where it was on the assembly line and when it shipped. he called me when it came in and walked me through the whole thing from the blue tooth to setting up the radio. We walked into the showroom and was happily greeted. The receptionist happily got us a sales woman Zaneta Boryka. My husband told her what was going on and she asked us what are we looking for, we told Zaneta. I happened to like one of the RAM Trucks on the show room floor and told her so. (we never told our sales person what our budget was) She came back with figures on the truck I liked which was $5,000 more than what we were looking at from other dealership. Pricing came back less expensive (than previous dealership) with more upgraded options. Zaneta, Ed and Matt never made us feel rushed or pushed us out the door even thou the dealership was closed. Needless to say we drove home that night with a brand new Ram truck. The best dealership we have ever had dealings with. We highly recommend giving them a visit. Please ask for Zaneta Boryka. More
Excellent Auto Body Repair Over the last six months or so, we have had the unfortunate luck of having of our two Jeeps (2012 Liberty & 2001 Cherokee) in need of auto body work, Over the last six months or so, we have had the unfortunate luck of having of our two Jeeps (2012 Liberty & 2001 Cherokee) in need of auto body work, a total of three times. After having a pleasant buying experience with Jeromy when we bought our Liberty new at Papa's, we decided to give Papa's Auto Body a try. It was one of the best auto related decisions we ever made. When our meticulously maintained Liberty was rear-ended last summer, we were very upset to see the damage. Upon taking it to Papa's, we were greeted by the auto shop Manager, Noyda, who promptly provided us with an estimate and assured us our vehicle would be restored to pristine condition. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor and coordination of the repairs was outstanding. When the work was completed on our Jeep, we could not have been more pleased. The paint match was exact and the car was detailed and gleaming the same as the day we bought it off the showroom floor. We have since had the need to have two more repairs done to our Jeeps due to minor accidents (none of which were our fault!) and each time the auto body team has gone above and beyond our expectations with their outstanding repair work and customer service. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire Papa's Auto Body team. While we hope we don't have the need for another auto body repair anytime soon, it's great to know that you're there when and if the time comes again.
