New Wrangler Purchase Was looking around for a vehicle to replace my 97 Cherkoee. Looked at a number of different brands. Wondered into this dealership to browse the Jeeps. Lot is huge and has a large number and variety of vehicles on the lot. This helps when looking as you can actually test drive a vehicle outfitted with what you are looking for. I walked in looking like a kid lost in a candy store. The showroom is huge and has a good selection of Jeeps on the floor. Jon met me as I walked around and we chatted. I gravitated directly to the wranglers on the floor. He explained that most people that look at wranglers are pretty set on a wrangler and not one of the other models Jeep makes. Once I sat in the vehicle I realized that it just felt right. Jon was very helpful in helping to narrow down what color and style of Wrangler I would like. There were a number of wranglers on the lot that met my criteria which made looking them over much easier. The whole buying experience was great. Jon did not pressure me. Showed patience as I decided to take a few days to let my head clear after the test drive. I wanted to make sure that this was the right choice. Look around at other dealers and found that Papa's was offering me a very good price. Working with Jon and the finance manager was very pleasant. No pressure at all on the whole process. Jon reviewed the features of the Wrangler when I came to pick it up. He went over the Jeep wave program and all the paper work clearly. While I have not had the jeep serviced yet the sales (John) and finance (Jeff) department were great. I'll review the service department when I bring the Jeep in for service. More

When I purchased my Dakota in 2006, it was on a Sunday, and he made sure I drove it home that day. When I came to see him in 2014 for a new truck, he took the time to review my vehicle usage, service history, and what I was looking for in my next vehicle. He then explained the advances RAM has made in their truck lines since 2006, and walked me through a series of models, features and option packages, and in very short order we found the configuration I was looking for. Even then, he gave me the manufacturer Window Sticker information and marketing broacher's, so I could take them home and show my family. Gary does a great job during the pre-sales process as well, so the sales process goes smoothly. I also like it when out of the blue I get a call from Gary wishing me happy new year, happy birthday, or just to say hello....Gary is more than a sales person, and it is very comforting to know he is committed to making sure he finds the right vehicle for me!!! Outstanding Client Experiance I recently visited Papa's Dodge on a whim after looking for a new car for almost six months. I was so discouraged by the time I found myself at Papa' I recently visited Papa's Dodge on a whim after looking for a new car for almost six months. I was so discouraged by the time I found myself at Papa's. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the woman at the front desk. I asked for someone who was well versed in special ordering because that's how "over it" I was with dealing with car sales associates at other dealers. That is when I met Gary. I was very upfront with him as to what I wanted and my non-negotiable features in the car along with the fact that I was not leaving that night with a car. This information at no point discouraged Gary or caused him to treat me differently after learning he wasn't getting a sale that night. Gary brought nothing but options and positive solutions, and to my surprise everything I wanted in a Jeep Wrangler was sitting right there on the lot right down to the color! I explained to Gary why I wouldn't be driving off in it that night and much to my surprise another solution! I was very nervous that by the time I would have sufficient funds for a down payment the Jeep would be gone. Gary advised me of my options to ensure the vehicle would be there for me when I was ready. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly personable associates. I work in a field where client satisfaction is what keeps us in business and I am very impressed with the level of talent Papa's. I took home my Jeep Wrangler this past Sunday; I had never bought a brand new vehicle ever before, Gary even offered to have a balloon placed on it to make the experience even better!
