service As I was driving my Jeep Patriot from NY to CT, I was just getting on to RT 9 when I noticed a warning light came on over the temperature gauge. As I As I was driving my Jeep Patriot from NY to CT, I was just getting on to RT 9 when I noticed a warning light came on over the temperature gauge. As I was driving, my car was loosing speed. Eventually I had to pull to the side of the highway and shut the car off for a few minutes.. when I started it again I could tell that it wasn't right. No speed, the light remained on and there was a whining sound I could hear. I had to pull over 4 times before I made it to Papa's Dodge. When I went inside just to see if someone can come out and just look the warning light and just to see how it doesn't move when I step on the gas the man at the desk said no one can look at it now. I just wanted someone to look for a second just to see what is happening to it so they would have a reference later when they worked on it. I didn't expect anyone to fix it right away but even the manager said no one can look at it . everyone was busy. I was pleading with just to look at it but they wouldn't have anyone take a minute and look at it. I buy all my cars from there and I do all my service from there so I was upset that no one could take a minute and look at my car. They got me a rental for the day and said they would look at it later in the afternoon.. I got home and about 2 hours later the guy from the desk called me and wanted to know what the warning light looked like .. I was so upset with him right then because when I was there I ask him to have someone look at it to see it so they would know what it looked like, and they didn't want to then and now they are calling me to find out what it looked like. I was more upset now . Two hours after that I called them to see if they found the problem and they informed me that they checked everything on it and they could not find anything wrong with it. if they only checked it when I first brought it in they would have saw there was a problem . now I have to drive this car and hope that it doesn't happen again . Needless to say I am not happy at all with your service department.. So I am rethinking even going back there for service and or buying any other vehicles from there. I am not happy at all. More

Customer friendly experience I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee at Papa's from Gary Tufano last weekend. Buying a car can be exciting, but also unpleasant. I have experienced my fair I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee at Papa's from Gary Tufano last weekend. Buying a car can be exciting, but also unpleasant. I have experienced my fair share of rude, pushy, condescending sales consultants. Gary was the exact opposite. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and straightforward. There were no tired lines or bait and switch games. When it came time to negotiate price, I was reluctant to tell him my bottom line at first, having suffered with previous sales people. After a couple of rounds of back and forth, I could tell that he was being candid, even bringing me the invoice the dealership paid for the car I was intending to purchase. He beat quotes I had gotten at 2 other dealerships and gave me more than I planned for my trade in. Ed Koziol, the business manger, then made the paperwork go very quickly (quicker than I had ever experienced before when buying a car, especially on a Saturday) and got me out the door and into my new car. I am very pleased with my car and the experience I had purchasing it. I would recommend Gary and Papa's to anyone looking for a new car. More
