New tires shot within two weeks I have been back to the dealer several times with the same issue. My Dodge Ram 3500 dually only has 29,000 miles on it and it is eating tires for brea I have been back to the dealer several times with the same issue. My Dodge Ram 3500 dually only has 29,000 miles on it and it is eating tires for breakfast. I brought it to the dealer two times already to have a front end alignment performed. Once aligned I had another set of tires installed. Within two weeks the front tires were shot. The tire shop I used said they have never seen tires that bad in such a short time.I brought it back to the dealer again and they performed yet a third alignment and again it was out. I'm insisting that they compensate me for the brand new tires that are already shot and they refuse. They now have me waiting over an hour to speak with a manager wasting my time. More

We worked through the model trim levels with options and landed on the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 3 optional packages. Then, Garry and Matt worked to locate this for me, success at another local dealership! Jeff worked the trade in numbers, more success as he hit an agreed value on the first pass (I did some homework and had a target). All this came together relatively quickly and then my decision lease or purchase...Jeff was great working both options and taking advantage of the incentives for each. Summary!
