We came back with my car to be appraised a few days later and received a fair amount and drove off with our new car. Papa's prices are hands down the fairest around. car fixed under warranty My car needed a couple small things fixed and I had a warranty. Everything was done in a timely manner and it was all covered. They washed my car too. They also gave me a 10% off coupon for their diner and a coupon for a free drink. I had my car back the same day. I did have to wait two weeks for an appointment, but the work was done well. Only downside: they offer a free ride back to your house or your office, and then they'll pick you up to bring you back to get your car. I had asked in advance for the ride back to my office in the morning; I work five minutes away. They said no problem, but when I got there that morning I was told that the shuttle had just left for Middletown (at 8:45 AM) and I ended up being 35 minutes late for work. I wish that someone had looked more closely at the schedule or that the shuttle had waited five minutes. But overall I'm happy and I will bring my car back. More

She was able to get us the price we wanted to pay for the vehicle and she was very thorough with the available options, therefore, we didn't feel the need to visit any other dealerships. She kept in contact with me throughout the process, updating me on the status of the vehicle as it was being built.
