Shopping for a new vehicle is a stressful experience, but he was patient, knowledgeable, and supremely helpful and made it actually a pleasant experience. He never applied pressure--which is the worst part of shopping for a car--and made sure that we found the exact vehicle for which we were searching. What's more, after the sale was complete, he spent time with us going over all its features and making sure that we felt comfortable with it. That has NEVER happened before. (The last time we bought a car, at a different dealership, once the papers were signed and the deal made, we were treated like dirt. Usually, we're just handed the keys.) I've already referred a co-worker who is interested in a new pick-up and we'll be back with our daughter who is interested in a new car. More

"Frustrated over no heat" Had no heat on drivers side of 2012 Jeep . Checked to make sure heat didn't mysteriously return as I arrived for service before I entered building ... Had no heat on drivers side of 2012 Jeep . Checked to make sure heat didn't mysteriously return as I arrived for service before I entered building ...all I felt was cold air. Explained problem to service writer. After the vehicle was checked out, I was told by the service writer the heat was fine and the computer could not detect any problems. After questioning this he repeated the computer and the technician that worked on the car said the heat was fine and never offered to walk out and see for himself. This was the kind of service I would have gotten in previous years. I went outside to see if the heat had returned...there was still no heat. I asked to speak to the service manager and the writer directed me to the Director. I explained my problem. He in turn directed me to the foreman who came outside and sat in my vehicle along with a couple of thermostats that were reading zero heat coming out of the vents. The Foreman (I think his name was Dane) understood my frustration and apologized. He asked if I could bring it in another day and he would personally make sure the correct procedures are followed to get the problem rectified. When I purchased this vehicle in 2012 the service department was the main reason I purchased it at Papa's. My review in April 2012 stated this. I have been coming here for the past 20 years and have purchased three other vehicles in that time....the service department was always outstanding. It has done a complete 180 since 2012.The Foreman is the only person that I have meet in the service department that has any kind of customer service skills, and really understood my frustration. I am confident that with the Foreman overseeing everything the next time, my heat will return. More

Amazing experience! Prior to buying any car, you tend to dread the experience at the dealership. You have a certain expectation for your trade in and what you want to pay Prior to buying any car, you tend to dread the experience at the dealership. You have a certain expectation for your trade in and what you want to pay monthly, but lets face facts, that rarely EVER happens. I walked into the dealership looking to lease a new car. I was unsure of the model but I wanted something that would be great in the snow and have decent gas mileage. I then met my salesman Gary Cwikla. Gary was fantastic. He was knowledge, he listened, and gave great recommendations after I had explained what I was looking for. After a few hours, I drove away in 2015 Cheroke 4x4 and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a great experience, go to Papas, if you want to make it even better, ask for Gary C.
