I never felt pressured, which was totally different than my experience at other dealerships. The salesman kept the process moving along at a very comfortable pace, and I felt like I had plenty of information and time to make a good decision. And, I did, because I love my new Jeep cherokee!! The finance rep, Jeff Juaire, knew exactly how to process an out of state purchase/registration. And, I have never bought an extended warranty but did for the first time, after Jeff explained the cost benefits. The dealership is at first glance quirky, with its vintage themes and displays. But, it is a full experience to keep discovering different areas, whether it be classic cars, or a snack bar, or a huge Godzilla head. They even had a barber shop inside the dealership. Very refreshing to find a unique and interactive business. It's sort of like DisneyWorld for car buyers. More

Gary Cwilka treated me like his son, his brother, his nephew. Name a family member, Gary made me feel like that during my 3 hour purchase-stay at Papa's in New Britain. Does three hours sound like a long time to be a dealership? It might to some people, but it went by like a flash and I drove off the lot smiling and pumping my fist with excitement. I had just bought a (new to me) Jeep Liberty, but I was it was how I was treated while doing it that had me the most happy. I worried about nothing, I got everything i wanted and much much more, including breakfast and lunch. A happy stomach, a happy heart and a very happy wallet.
