Ryan, Gary and Jim in the service department are absolutely the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with when making a car purchase. I have visited a lot of dealerships and there is nobody better than Ryan a making sure that you are 100% happy. Ryan even gave me his personal cell number and offered for me to call him on his honeymoon if I had concerns or questions. That to me is over the top. My wife and I visited two dealerships and dicussed our experience with our 3 year old Laredo which was coming off lease. The dealership had several cars that met our criteria and we had a wide selection of colors. In comparing the exact product from two dealerships, we went with Pappas because of the bottom line pricing of the new lease. We have now driven our new Jeep for a couple of weeks and can't believe how superior it is to the one we traded. This Jeep handles beautifully under all conditions. Where else but in America can you get a brand new upgraded model car, with very little money down and keep the monthly lease at the same level? The staff at the dealership, from the Sales Staff to the Finance Dept. was very professional. I will definitely refer people. More

Because I was purchasing from out-of-state, I erquired some extra help setting up the insurance details, about which Evan was most helpful. Altho the drive seemed long, the dealership was easy to get to, and a real surprise when I arrived. It's a beautiful dealership with all sorts of interesting extras for the car buff. It's a fun experience to shop at Papa's! I was given a tour of all the interesting "exhibits", free cocoa, and lunch (greatly appreciated after my lengthy trip)! My vehicle was waiting at the door for me to test drive. The paperwork went smoothly, with patient and polite salespeople to answer my questions, and help me decide on an appropriate extended warranty (which I requested, no pressure). The vehicle's features were fully explained and Evan told me to call back if I should have any further questions. I really like my "new" minivan, and if it is reliable, I will be a very, very happy shopper. I would surely recommend this dealership to anyone. More

After extensive research on Jeeps and my own internet search for the vehicle with the options I wanted, I found three dealers within my area with vehicles that fit what I was looking for. I visited each search for the vehicle with the options I wanted, I found three dealers within my area with vehicles that fit what I was looking for. I visited each of the three dealerships and I really have nothing negative to say about any of them. Each one offered similar discounts off the vehicles and each one was eager to “earn my business.” With three equal options, I decided to return to the one dealership where I thought the sales person was most knowledgeable, forthcoming, and made me feel very comfortable that I was being treated honestly and fairly. This dealership was not the closest to my home and was slightly more expensive than one of the others. However, I had several important questions about axle gear ratios, towing capacity, etc. Gary Tufano at Papas knew the most of the information off the top of his head and when I asked a question that he did not know, he said “ I don’t know, great question, give me a minute and I’ll go find out the answer.” A few minutes later, I had the answer which I could not find anywhere on the Jeep website. When I asked that same question at the other dealerships, the other sales people clearly did not know the answer either, but made up an answer on the spot, and they were all wrong. Gary also had a very easy goings style, knew the dealership inside and out (gave me a brief but informative tour, not too long but long enough to impress), and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. So, now I’m sold and agree to buy the car and I received equally professional, low-pressure service from the business manager Ed. I declined most of the extra warranty offers but did purchase the GlassCoat Simoniz. After hearing about it from Ed it just made sense. Loan processing, adding the extras I wanted and prepping the car was done incredibly fast and everyone at the dealership, including the receptionist, made me feel like they really appreciated my business. Great dealership and great people. More
