In late April, we ordered a Ram Laramie 1500 from Papa's Dodge Of New Britain. The truck was delivered June 27th. The Ram turned out to be much nicer than originally expected. Our salesman, Jeromy Berman was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable on all inventory and helped us every step of the way. Jeromy was very patient, kind and considerate and was neither overbearing or pushy. Another aspect of the visit was meeting the little dog, Claudia, who definitely contributed to our decision to buy the truck, as well as meeting Mr.Papa who was extremely pleasant and kind. Upon delivery of the truck, Jeromy spent two hours showing us the interior and exterior and all the features, despite the terrible weather. It was hot, humid and raining. We couldn't believe that he maintained such a positive attitude despite it all! We have had the vehicle for two weeks and we have enjoyed the truck immensely. We drove to upper Vermont and it was nothing short of a dream. We would definitely recommend our salesman Jeromy Berman, as well as Papa's Dodge to our family and friends and we would definitely do business with Jeromy and Papa's Dodge again Jeromy went above and beyond his call of duty to help us have a positive experience. I am on my 2nd Grand Cherokee and this was the first time going to Papa's. I turned in an '07 GC for a 2013. It's not as though I had a bad experience at Executive, but they were not as customer friendly as the folks at Papa's. Ryan Mundt was my salesman and he was very helpful and was able to get me into my new Jeep. He was very attentive to what I was looking for until I wasn't needed anymore. I had an aftermarket sunroof installed on the new Jeep and have been dealing with it ever since. With the roof all the way open (and all windows up) the wind swirls around the inside of the truck and literally hurts your ears. I made mention of this to Ryan and he decided it best for me to deal with the aftermarket guy directly. I'm still dealing with the sunroof guy (who is now starting to blow me off) and I've had my Jeep for 3 months now. Once Ryan gave me the roof guy's number, I never heard from Ryan again. Not even a follow up to ensure my roof has been done to my satisfaction, which it has not. More

We had lots of questions and Gary answered them all and gave us a very fair price. The reason for this rating is because of the bad experience with the used car manager Ron Berman. He was very aggresive toward me and even though i said I would not buy unless the price per month wa experience with the used car manager Ron Berman. On the other hand, John Ward was a gentleman and answered all my questions honestly even though I knew the answers before I asked. If he didn't know he went and got the correct information. I would highly recommend anyone going to this dealership to ask for John as a rep. and avoid ron Berman. More
