This experience was the most relaxed experience I have ever had buying a car. I knew what I was looking for and Ryan worked with me to see what was currently available, what was in transit, and said that ever had buying a car. I knew what I was looking for and Ryan worked with me to see what was currently available, what was in transit, and said that I could have order a vehicle if I chose to - so there was no pressure in trying to get me to buy what was already in the lot. After we saw there was nothing on the lot in the colors I was interested in, he worked with me to identify vehicles coming in that had all the options I was looking for around the price I wanted to pay. I came in late on a Saturday afternoon and left a couple hours later with a car on deposit that was coming later that week. Once the car arrived I just had to finish signing the paperwork and after thorough explanation of the features, I was on my way....which again was quick. This was a positive experience and I would recommend anyone I know that is looking Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler or RAM to go to Papa's. More
