I have bought cars from multiple dealership and this by far has been the most pleasant experience I have had. I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Roush Mustang and could not be happier. On a side note, I dont know who does their detailing but when I purchased the car, there was not a SPECK of dirt on it at all, it shined from where the tires hit the pavement to the top and I have drawn more than my fair share of stares in the recent days. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle as they are concerned with more than just making a buck but ensuring their customers walk out with the vehicle they "Want" and not just the vehicle they have to "Settle" for. Within reason of course. The dealership serves as a MUSEUM of amazing cars as well. From the Shelby, to the Cobra, to the myriad of other classic cars, it is an absolute sight to behold. One month later my car arrived from the factory and I walked in and met with Jeff who went through financing, again not feeling pressured to order extras I did not want. The Jeep was even registered online while I sat there. After that Evan walked me through all the options on the Rubicon, how to use the navigation, stereo, etc. I drove off the lot on Monday and already have 320 miles on the Jeep. I absolutely love it! I returned to Papa's on 4/7/13 to complete my 2013 Jeep Wrangler purchase. They installed my side steps, applied the Simonize Glasscoat, detailed the jeep, and undercoated the vehicle.
