It's been 15 years since I have purchased a vehicle from Papa's Dodge...way over due. My first experience there was dealing with Garry Cwilka, who stands out among salesmen. The whole experience was impressive! The facility is awesome, the greeting at the front door warm, and it just kept getting better. Garry's professionalism and approachable demeanor are traits that set him apart from others. He listens carefully to the needs of the client, offers suggestions and advice when warranted and does all of this while earning the trust of the client. While price is a key factor in any purchase, the experience is definitely what has a lasting impact and garners repeat business and loyal customers. He promised us that Papa's would beat any other prices, which I took into consideration when I went to other dealers.After visiting other dealers, I decided to come back to Ryan and as he promised before he beat all the other prices I had recieved from other dealers. He was a total professional, he wasnt that high-pressure sales guy that you hate to deal with. Ryan was totally laid back and willing to get the best price for me. With all the information we recieved from Zaneta we both agreed that purchasing a new vehicle was the best option for us. Papa's Jeep gave us a great experience to buying a vehicle.
