Gotta give kudos to Carl for the EXCELLENT service given to me on 26Dec12. Told him I really don't need a new van but am looking to buy one because my daughter's Jeep broke down and I'm going to give her m to me on 26Dec12. Told him I really don't need a new van but am looking to buy one because my daughter's Jeep broke down and I'm going to give her my '06 Dodge van. I was servicing my 2006 Dodge van that day and decided to see what Papa's had to offer. Told Carl I was scheduled to meet with a Stafford dealership as soon as the work on my '06 van was done and that I didn't want the on and on and on chatting and time consuming negotiating. Carl got right to it, had me narrow down on what type of van I was interested in, showed me several vans and then proceeded to get a GREAT price that I couldn't refuse for the one chosen by me. Never bought a car so quickly in my 50 years of buying cars and had such good S-E-R-V-I-C-E!!! He took care of changing my plates and my daughter's as well PLUS even took me to the gas station (good idea Papa's) and filled up the van. Keep up the good work Carl. Ryan was great. I went in there looking for a wrangler with very particular standards. He found me the perfect ride and was very friendly.
