Due to Hurricane Sandy, I lost my Wrangler X 2008 in the flood and was on the market for a Rubicon 2013. Being tight-up with work and having no rental available, I resorted to the Internet. But I quickly realized that all NJ dealers are not motivated to attend their Internet customers (demand was greater than supply). So I contacted a couple of big dealerships in CT and PA listing all the packages I need and asking for the quote. Papa's dealership was among the first ones to respond. I was dealing with Dan Arsenault, Internet Sales who promptly provided me with a quote for a new order (no dealer had all the packages I wanted in stock) which was very very competitive comparing to other quotes I had. Dan was very customer oriented and helpful over the email. He clarified all my question regarding purchasing a new vehicle in CT and registering it in NJ. Visiting dealership was another pleasant experience and was well worth the 2hr drive. Both me and my wife were stunned by Papa's collection of sport cars. In the dealership Ed Koziol, Business Manager finalized the deal and cut the PO. He was also very friendly and nice to us. Ed also promptly followed up with me on paperwork needed for my bank to finalize the loan as well as the vehicle registration. But there is more to the story! When we were done with the order, payed the order deposit and left the dealership, Dan followed up with me over email asking for the insurance paperwork documenting the total loss as a result of Sandy. Dan said he will try to get a rebate from Chrysler based on my situation. Majority of sales reps in this world loose their interest in customers the moment they got a sale. Dan however is a true professional! He went an extra mile trying to get us even better price after we signed the order (and it worked out). So, I recommend everybody who looks for a vehicle over the Internet to deal with Dan! Overall, this is one of the best car dealership experiences I have ever had! I received the buy back offer for my 2007 Dodge Caliber purchased at Papa's Dodge. The offer was so good that it prompted me to come to the dealership early to inquire about the 2013 Dodge Challenger I ha purchased at Papa's Dodge. The offer was so amazing that I initiated the process to build and purchase my new vehicle. Steve was my dealer and he is a very friendly person who was able to help me with everything I wished to include in my new vehicle. The process took about an hour and I knew what was required for me to purchase my new Challenger. I had to consult with my significant other but was back the next day with my deposit check. I was told that it would take approximately 10 weeks to receive my new Challenger. About two weeks later I received a phone call from Steve that my vehicle had already been delivered. That is when I dealt with Jeff. Jeff was just as friendly and professional as Steve was. I was unable to have the downpayment I had planned because of how early my vehicle arrived but the Jeff was able to get all the financing options worked out and I was able to take my vehicle home a 4 days later. I have had my new Challenger for 3 days and can already call it my favorite vehicle. I highly recommend Papa's Dodge and think you should seek out Steve when you are looking to make your purchase. He not only was very knowledgeable about the Challenger I purchased but the possible Dodge Dart my significant other might wish to purchase in the future. More

Steve was very helpful and patient because i didn't know if i wanted used or new or to lease or not. After Steve gave me all the figures for each option and explained how leasing worked and also that i trade my cars in every few years I decided on leasing. Steve was available for all of my phone calls and questions and was very pleasant to work with. Jeff in financing was also very helpful with my questions about leasing and completed the transactions very quickly.
