I have had some bad passed experiences at dealerships before and I usually walk in with my guard up already before I even step through the door. I recently heard some great things about Papas Dodge Commercial Dept. I decided to look there for my first Dodge. I was greeted right away over the phone from Frank Montoni. He immediately began examining what type of work I would be performing with this future truck and pointed me in the right direction. We hit it off from the start and I decided to go check them out. I showed up to new britains Papas Dodge and met with Frank. When I arrive the experience gets better. From the village style dealership to the friendly greeters at the doors. 8 hours later I bought my first Dodge. We were able to work out a deal that best suited me and my company. Today I took delivery of a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Turbo Diesel. What an amazing truck. I hope our relationship with Papas Dodge goes on for a long time. I bought my 2000 Jeep Wrangler from Papa's Dodge on February 19, 2001. It was 1 yrs old and had 21,000 miles on it. I have had that Jeep ever since. I received a flyer in the mail pertaining to discounts etc. on new and used vehicles so my husband and I decided to take a ride, never intending to find anything that compared to my 'baby'. I was greeted the second I walked in the door by a woman with a big smile and a warm welcome. She then asked me to give her a moment so she could call a salesman over, that's when I met Ryan. He came over to us, introduced himself, and asked me what we were looking to do. I showed him the flyer and the print out I found on Papa's website of a Jeep Wrangler I was interested in seeing, and he proceeded to help us. Although Ryan is a newer salesman, he was great to deal with. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest with me. That is very important to all consumers this day and age I think. I ended up test driving a 2012 Wrangler and fell in love with it! Ryan made me an offer for my trade in (my 2000 wrangler) that I couldn't refuse, so I ended up signing right then and there! Ryan then set me up with Ed Koziol and we started the finance journey together. My credit is less than perfect and I was honest about that with him and I feel that he went above and beyond to help me get approved at a reasonable rate. Both of these men stayed late to help me with this process and did not complain once. I was a little unsure of the procedure, and they took their time with me regardless of how late it was getting. Ed called me in the morning with the great news of my approval :) Ed and Ryan both stayed late again for me and got me in my new Wrangler in less than 24 hours from my original appointment .... that's amazing!! That is customer service at it's best!! I am very happy with my new 'baby' and I have already recommended Papa's Dodge to my friends. I told them to ask for Ryan & Ed! :) More
I found Ryan to be professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and promptly addressed them as best as possible. I emailed with Evan a few times regarding a Jeep Grand Cherokee. On Saturday we went to Gengras and did a test drive and asked them to give us their best price on the Jeep. We wanted to make sure we were getting the best price at Papa's. The games began and we ended up leaving there with a very bad taste in our mouths. I really thought we would just go home and rethink this whole buying thing. We only wanted someone to be honest and give us the best deal they could. We decided to go see Evan. He was very knowledgeable and confident. We took a test drive with him and I knew he was our guy! I thought maybe he would change the price he quoted via email or add all kinds of fees, but he did not! The price we got on Papa's was almost $2,000 less than their competitor including fees, trade-in and price of car! Needless to say, we were extremely happy with Evan and have already told friends how great he was to work with. He took us through the car and spent so much time with us. We felt Evan did a very good job of presenting the features of the car we looked at, and did so without being critical of other makes of cars we were considering. As a further suggestion regarding this questionnaire, because ours was a new car purchase, some of the questions above really do not apply. It would be more beneficial to divide the questionnaire into two segments, one being new or used car purchase and the other being service/repair/autobody, etc. More

I came in the other day looking for a Jeep Wrangler, not so much with the intentions of buying because I was on my way to another dealership to look at an 08 wrangler with 50 thousand miles on it for 17 tho so much with the intentions of buying because I was on my way to another dealership to look at an 08 wrangler with 50 thousand miles on it for 17 thousand dollars that I had my heart set on. My father accompanied me yesterday to Papa's and Zaneta helped us. She made an excellent, lasting impression on me. She was geniunely friendly, and was excellent in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and more at a more than reasonable price. I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with 11 thousand miles on it and I couldn't be more satisfied. I am literally in love with my car. It's my dream car! The customer service I recieved from Zaneta and Jeff was remarkable. They are both so helpful and geniune. I would highly recommend this car dealership to any of my friends and will do so. I am very pleased I bought my car from Papa's and I would gladly buy another vehicle from them when the time comes. The most awesome car dealership I've ever been to. Garry and Jeff were both great!!!! We had a great experience buying our Jeep from them. i just picked up a 2013 dodge charger rt awd, this is the second car my family has bought from Pappa's Dodge. Papa's Dodge is a very impressive dealership. Being a fisherman, I especially liked the 'Jaws' theme there. I have dealt with different salesman over the years, and really not into the pressure style approach. The truck I went to see ended up not having one option I needed, and time was a factor. Rebate ending in a few days, and 2013 trucks/pricing right around the corner. Never once did I feel Frank was steering me towards the truck he had on the lot. Instead he thanked me for coming up, and promised to look for the truck I wanted. Frank went into work early the next day, and located the exact cab and chassis in Pennsylvania. There was a few week delay until truck would be shipped and flatbed dump installed. During that time Frank stayed in communication with me. I love the truck, 2012 Dodge 5500 4x4 - and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a commercial vehicle contact Frank. More
