Our car broke down several times after 6yrs of faithful service and we went to see Jeromy at Poppas. (We just got Jeromy by chance). He was great! This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and the staff could not have made the experience any easier. After a few emails back and forth, we set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Evan proved to be very knowledgeable about the truck and it's many features. His enthusiasm about the cars and trucks that he sells and about the dealership he works for was refreshing. It was obvious he enjoys what he does and that made me comfortable about buying from this dealership. Once we were back I was sure that this was the vehicle I wanted to own. We have always been a Jeep family but when deciding on a new vehicle for my wife and kids we decided to investigate what was out there. Obviously we were concerned with price, but more important than price is value. There is no worse feeling than buyers remorse, especially when you are making a financial commitment as large as a new car. We looked at every SUV and crossover on the market from Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Subaru, Mazda, and Nissan...and then we came back to Jeep. Jeep has a winner on their hands with the new Grand Cherokee in handling, quality, craftsmanship, style, technology, safety, but most importantly value. Throw in the optional lifetime bumper to bumper warranty (which no other manufacturer offers by the way) and those awesome 20 inch rims and you have a great vehicle that turns heads backed by a manufacturer who is willing to stand behind their product for a VERY long time. Once we decided on the vehicle the quest to find the best price at the right dealer began. I visited 4 dealerships before coming to Papa's and meeting with Noel Harken. Noel immediately struck me not as a salesman, but as a very professional, friendly representative for Papa's. After discussing the vehicle I was interested in and helping me to decide that ordering a new 2013 was my best option he gave me a price that the other dealerships never came close to, all within 45 minutes on my first visit. I couldn't even haggle with Noel over the price because I knew from visiting the other dealerships and reading online that I would be hard pressed to find a better deal with a salesman who valued my time. I was sold. After we ordered our new Jeep, Noel continued to keep in touch with me via texts, giving me status updates as the vehicle progressed through the assembly line and answering any other questions I had. Communicating this way was super convenient and he responded to all of my texts within minutes! Try getting that from other salesman once you commit to a purchase. Kudos on this Noel! When we went to pick the vehicle up Noel was awesome as ever and took the time to go through the entire vehicle, program our phones to the U-Connect system, and explain exactly how every feature worked. He was professional and courteous through the whole transaction and pleasure to work with. I felt like I was texting a good friend by the time our new Jeep was delivered!
