I orderd my Jeep from the factory. It came in early than forcasted, which of course made me happy. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING I expected on the vehicle was there as orderd. John went so far as to rope off the vehicle as a gesture of "Hear it is!" I have been back for oil changes and John hasn't hesitated to come see me. His sense of humor, customer service skills, product knowledge and good nature makes him the best auto sales associate I have ever had the experience to meet.
