The performance of the Service staff was quite good. The only issue I had was that the courtesy van forgot that I was to be picked up at a specific time. If I had not called 20 minutes after I should have b only issue I had was that the courtesy van forgot that I was to be picked up at a specific time. We recently purchased a preowned VW Toureg from Papa's. At first we were disappointed in that they were not willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle and weren't able to secure financing at a rate s At first we were disappointed in that they were not willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle and weren't able to secure financing at a rate similar to competitors. We decided to move forward with the purchase. After the purchase we took the VW to our local VW service department for a saftey inspection. The inspection uncovered a few issues such as the radio on functioning, the rotors needing replacement and an oil leak. I called our sales associate, Zaneta, and she responded immediately and put us in touch with the service department. The customer service from the service department is outstanding and really sets Papa's apart. They took our car in right away and fixed every issue uncovered by the VW dealership. We were thrilled with this as well as the level of service. Zaneta was also great to deal with - she is extremely friendly and helpful. Although we felt that the prices are on the high side and were disappointed on the lack of flexibility in price, we would go to Papa's again due to their customer service. I would definitely recommend giving this dealership a try. More

I went in with a specific idea of what I wanted and the staff completely honored that and made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. I found Papa's Dodge at a Homeshow in Hartford back in March. I saw the trucks they had on display and was very interested in a Dodge-Cummins Ram 5500 Box Truck. Ater meeting with Sale rep, Frank Montoni, it was very clear to me that he was Extremely knowledgeable, and well versed with turck sales. His level of integrity, honesty (yes honesty) and knowlege was very refreshing to deal with. Being in sales, it's easy to tell if someone is good or not. After outfitting a truck, and negotiating a deal, Valley Electric & Tower Generator of Canton have taken delivery of our new truck this past week.
