We’d like to thank everyone especially Matt and Garry for helping us go through the process of purchasing our 4th Jeep from Papa’s. We bought our first Jeep in 1995 and and we still see some of the same face helping us go through the process of purchasing our 4th Jeep from Papa’s. We bought our first Jeep in 1995 and and we still see some of the same faces at Papas. When my wife and I arrived at our scheduled appointment with Gary, we were surprised to be greeted by Matt (Sales Manager). After introducing himself and making us feel comfortable, Matt sat with us and explained in detail exactly what to expect concerning pricing and making sure we understood the process totally. My wife and I thought this was above and beyond the duties of your everyday Sales Manager which in most cases is someone in a dark room that makes all the decisions but no one ever sees. Gary (Sales Associate), then eased us through the process of purchasing our new Jeep with absolutely no pressure and also made sure all of our questions were answered. We purchased our new Jeep that same day. When our new vehicle came in, Gary was there to go over in detail inside and out all of the new features of our 2012 Jeep. Thank you again Gary! Bill Reudgen (Sales Associate) also went out of his way to help get our cell phones connected with Uconnect. Thanks for spending time with us Bill...you are definitely the guy to see with any technical questions. All of Papa’s staff are honest and knowledgeable. We can’t thank everyone enough for our great experience. Of course the most important thing is my wife is loving her new Jeep and is getting compliments daily...the Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat is definitely an eye catcher. Thanks again to all the staff at Papa’s not forgetting Augie De La Noval in the service department. Augi wrote my first service order in 1995 and knows first hand how much care I give all my vehicles. Augie was very much part of why I got top value for my trade in. We had a very good experience at Papas. The delaership itself felt like a little quant town!! If a saleman was not available eveyone helped eachother out so no-one had to wait. we bought 2 cars,..a used itself felt like a little quant town!! I have had my Jeep for 2 years and I love it.I come to you guys for all of the service needs and this was be far the worst ever. I was there for 1.5 hours for an oil change. Tom who checked me in left at you guys for all of the service needs and this was be far the worst ever. I was there for 1.5 hours for an oil change. Tom who checked me in left at 1:45pm for a meeting which none of the other guys knew about. I saw my keys get dropped off at Toms desk and everyone either walked by or looked at his area and I know they saw my keys sitting there. Someone, a girl, even answerded the phone at his desk. I finally went up to the counter at 2:15 and asked if my car was done. They all scrambled like little kids because they knew my car was done and didn't know what to say. More
